I'm a stylist and I love my job and what I do. Sports clip is a good place to work. However I do not like how we have two computers to do all our transactions on. My pet peeve is how we stylist are standing on top of each other doing transactions of pay and others getting clients. It's disrespectful and inconsiderate. It's a tug a war at the register. I seen this a lot at many locations.

KYE is the real deal one of the best haircuts I've ever had the attention to detail making sure it was perfect. And such a good person and worth the 30 min drive over. I'll be back for a long time to come.

Honestly doesn’t deserve one star, hours on the door and website say open until 8pm Monday through Friday. Walk up and open sign is on and flashing, front door is locked and everyone inside is just looking at the five people standing outside of the door. I get it you were probably slow and ready to go home but you just lost three people who were willing to pay you for a haircut because you wanted to close early. Don’t have the open sign on if you’re not open. My son really enjoys getting his haircut here but I don’t know if I’ll be coming back after today.

From the moment you walk in, the manner in which you are cared for, to the actual salon services, to leaving, the entire experience sold me - my first time there last week and the last time I go anywhere else! (Mom, you didn't hear that! ;-) ) My mom was a beautician for over 30+ years, and ran a two-person shop in my hometown in Ohio. That shop had a great rep and they had constant clientele - so I guess in some small way, you could say I grew up in the industry - lol. Back to Sports Clips. The sports theme is awesome, and the use of smart tablets (assuming iPad) to check in and out, even vis a vis the SC smart phone App is not only kool, but a great addition to enable a leaner overarching process and to what I could ascertain, lends itself well to the flow/volume of clientele making for what I can only imagine, a more robust ROI from a business perspective. Service was phenomenal - was highly impressed while waiting for my haircut, not only at the sports theme, but especially how each beautician would vacuum their station and prepare for the next client, walking with them to the register, and the ease of it all. I thoroughly enjoyed having Miss Judy provide the VIP treatment/package - I about fell asleep during the shampoo/massage - so good! Further, I appreciated the tactful way she presented a recommendation for how to get my hairline back in order after having had a previous barber cut my hair too short in the front - and not only that, she educated me to remember asking for a "squoval" cut in the back - all around, Miss Judy is one to emulate as her demeanor, especially having been on her feet all day as I was a late comer near closing time, her core competencies and customer service are bar none. Should give her a bonus! (was her birthday last week, just saying!) :) On Product - she also recommended product, which happened to be the same product used on my hair - suffice to say, I picked up some conditioner and shampoo before I left whereas I do not believe I would have done that anywhere else! Thank YOU Miss Judy and Sports Clips - you've earned my business and I will definitely recommend this place to my compadres!
